“Al Despertar”- Saturday April 23 7:30pm

Saturday, April 23, 7:30pm: A’lante Flamenco reawakens from their Covid-19 dream state with “Al Despertar,” (Awakening) presenting new and in-progress works in a fiery flamenco show featuring choreography by Olivia Chacon, danced by A’lante Flamenco and special guest dancers from Flamencura Music and Dance. Music by A’lante Flamenco featuring Isai Chacon, Celia Corrales, Jose Manuel Tejeda, and Tony Hampton. Reservations required for admission.

“Al Despertar” takes place at the Dougherty Arts Center, 1110 Barton Springs Rd., in Austin, Texas. Show at 7:30pm, doors open at 7pm.

Attendees with reservations may stop by the Dougherty Lobby to pick up a free parking pass! This pass is valid at any legal City of Austin pay parking spot. The pass does not guarantee you will find a spot nearby, so please arrive early to park.
